Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Execute and monitor all finishing works including tiling, painting, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and false ceiling. - Ensure work is completed as per quality standards, drawings, and project timelines. - Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams for smooth site execution. - Conduct quality checks, snag rectification, and ensure timely handover of units. - Monitor contractor progress, certify bills, and maintain project documentation. - Ensure adherence to safety standards and company processes. **Candidate Profile** - 8 to 10 years of experience in finishing works for high-rise residential projects. - B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Strong knowledge of finishing activities, quality control, and site coordination. - Good communication, problem-solving, and team management skills. **Skills:** Finishing Works | Quality Control | Residential Construction | Snagging & Handover | Waterproofing | Tiling | Flooring | Painting | Contractor Management | Site Coordination
