Assistant General Manager - Jig Maintenance

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** 1. Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and upkeep of all welding jigs, inspection fixtures, and checking gauges. 2. Focuses on minimizing production downtime, reducing spare parts costs, and maintaining high geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) to support seamless sheet metal manufacturing. 3. Enhance Customer Uptime by way of Predictive & Preventive Maintenance,Track and improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) for all assembly and welding lines. 4. Responsible for Jig Calibration & Accuracy 5. Ensure 100% adherence to SAP PM modules for tool history cards, maintenance scheduling, and spare consumption tracking. 6. Improve jig designs and be a continuous improvement champion
