We expect to grow sizably in the coming 3-5 years, adding various dimensions to our business and multiplying and increasing the current team size multi-fold. **Role & responsibilities** - Reporting to Associate Directors & Directors for execution of large and complex Accounting Advisory Projects (technical as well as process) - Researching technical issues and providing input into the preparation of high-quality technical reports and presentations - Provide support to related areas such as IFRS / US GAAP convergence, new accounting pronouncements and other regulatory changes which impact accounting decisions - Apply Firm's methodologies in servicing clients on IFRS/ US GAAP convergence engagements - To be up to date with developments on regulatory and accounting matters - Must have a knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS with working knowledge of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS. - Must be able to apply relevant accounting standards, independently execute Ind AS engagements. - Preparing training material and deliver trainings on various accounting e.g., Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP. - Ability to present technical accounting matters to clients and senior team members in a clear and concise manner. - Managing and contributing to the delivery of a range of projects focusing on financial reporting. - Help in solution development considering the regulatory changes and trends observed in reporting. Assist in business development initiatives of the firm to win in the market. **Preferred candidate profile** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounting Advisory, Technical Accounting, or Financial Reporting. - Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and/or US GAAP. - Experience in preparing technical accounting memos, accounting position papers, and advisory reports on complex accounting matters. - Exposure to IFRS/Ind AS implementation, GAAP conversion, accounting standard impact assessments, and financial statement reviews. - Ability to independently execute Accounting Advisory engagements and provide practical accounting solutions. - Experience researching and interpreting accounting standards and regulatory developments. - Strong understanding of revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, business combinations, consolidation, and share-based payments. - Experience in preparing and delivering technical accounting trainings and presentations. - Ability to clearly communicate technical accounting concepts to clients and senior stakeholders. - Strong analytical, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills. - Experience in supporting business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and solution development will be an added advantage.
