**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage daily production planning, ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines. - Oversee granulation, compression, coating, and packaging processes to ensure product quality. - Lead a team of operators and technicians to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. - Troubleshoot issues related to equipment malfunction or process deviations using problem-solving skills. - Ensure effective communication among team members, supervisors, and other departments. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (OSD). - Pharmacy degree from any specialization. - Strong understanding of CGMP regulations and people management skills. - Excellent troubleshooting abilities with ability to resolve complex problems quickly.
