**Responsibilities** Managing all commissioning activities related to the CHP plant, ensuring that all systems and components function according to design specifications and operational standards. Key responsibilities include: - Commissioning Planning and Execution: Develop detailed commissioning plans and schedules in coordination with project management and engineering teams to ensure timely completion of CHP commissioning milestones. - Technical Supervision: Oversee mechanical, electrical, and control system testing to validate the integrity, safety, and performance of CHP equipment including boilers, turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems. - Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze commissioning data to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and optimize system performance to achieve operational efficiency targets. - Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between design engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate problem resolution and ensure smooth commissioning progress. - Safety and Compliance: Enforce Adani’s stringent safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout all commissioning activities to maintain a safe working environment. - Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive commissioning reports, technical documentation, and performance records for regulatory compliance and future reference. - Training and Development: Support the training of operations personnel on new CHP systems and procedures to guarantee seamless handover and sustained operational reliability. - Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process improvements and implement best practices in commissioning methodologies consistent with Adani’s culture of innovation and excellence. - Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders including vendors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure alignment with project goals and company standards. **Qualifications** Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in commissioning and operation within the power/energy sector, specifically in CHP plants, thermal power stations, or equivalent.
