****Role Description**** **A Position Overview** **Position Title** Assistant Manager - Compliance **Department** Compliance **Level/Band** 301 **Role Summary:** Responsible for ensuring that company’s processes etc. meet the regulatory. Review of controls to comply with various regulatory requirements. **B Organizational Relationships** **Reports To** AVP – Compliance **Supervises** Compliance Review & Testing **C Job Dimensions** **Geographic Area Covered** Pan India **Stakeholders Internal** All functions as applicable as per the reviews assigned **D Key Result Areas** **Regulatory Compliance & Review / Testing** **Assist In/Work On:** - Standalone reviews of various areas across the critical functions of the organization as per Annual Compliance Review plan - Regulatory Compliances: Verification of compliances in place for the new regulations implemented - Analysis of IRDAI orders on peer insurers and testing of compliance levels of the company thereof - Investment Compliance verification - Any other time bound assignments related to regulatory compliance monitoring. **E Skills Required** **Technical** - Good Knowledge of MS Office **Behavioral** ****Essential**** **Desired** ****Interpersonal Skills**** **Communication skills** ****Creative Thinking Skills**** **Supervising/Leadership skills** ****Teamwork Skills**** **Influencing skills** ****Relationship Building Skills**** **Decision making skills** **F Incumbent Characteristics** ****Essential**** **Desired** **Qualification** CA/ CA Finals **CS, MBA, LLB** ****Experience**** 3+ years Experience in Internal audit, Compliance reviews and testing Should be from Life Insurance Knowledge and experience in Information security audits , Data analysis , Using ACL /other audit tools etc.
