Shape opportunities, Optimize your potential, Accomplish meaningful work, and Reap holistic growth. **A**. **Position Overview** **Position Title**: Data Analyst **Department** : Compliance **Level/ Band** : Assistant Manager **B.Organizational Relationships** Reports To : Manager Compliance Supervises : NA **C.Job Dimensions** Geographic Area Covered NA Stakeholders Internal IT, Operations External NA **D.Key Result Areas** **Development of control reports (exception reports) and its automation in ACL** •Develop, maintain, and automate exception reports, control reports, and compliance monitoring reports using ACL Analytics. • Build and automate reports for monitoring red flags, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) identified by the Compliance team. • Design and optimize data queries to support ongoing monitoring and surveillance activities. • Ensure reports are accurate, efficient, scalable, and aligned with business requirements. • Continuously enhance reporting capabilities through automation and process improvements. • Maintain detailed documentation of report logic, methodologies, and data sources for future reference and audit purposes. **Data Analytics and Outlier Detection** •Analyze large and complex datasets to identify anomalies, trends, exceptions, and potential compliance concerns. • Perform data profiling and investigative analytics to support compliance reviews and investigations. • Develop outlier reports based on agreed KPIs and risk indicators. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analytical findings. •Support periodic and ad-hoc compliance reviews through data-driven analysis. **Data Extraction and Query Development** •Build complex SQL and ACL queries for extracting data from multiple source systems. • Work closely with Technology and Data Management teams to understand data architecture, databases, and data repositories. • Develop data extraction processes and reports that effectively support compliance and business objectives. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of extracted data. • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and reporting discrepancies • Provide data extraction and analytical support to Compliance and Investigation teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. **Projects / assignments** • Lead / participate in projects involving data analysis, compliance monitoring, and reporting automation. • Develop innovative analytical solutions to enhance compliance oversight and risk detection capabilities. • Deliver ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis as requested by management and stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, control monitoring, and data utilization across the Compliance function. **E**.**Skills Required Technical** Good working knowledge of ACL Good working knowledge of SQL queries Have supported Business teams (Investigations / Audit etc.) in data extraction.
