Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Job description

**Role & Responsibilities** - Meet with prospective customers to explain loan products and recommend suitable financing solutions. - Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and other business development initiatives. - Convert qualified leads into successful loan applications.( B2B and B2C ) Lead conversion. - Collect, verify, and maintain customer documentation in compliance with company policies. - Process loan applications accurately and ensure timely submission. - Conduct field visits to customers for verification and relationship management. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate loan approval, documentation, and disbursement. - Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - MBA graduates (Freshers) are preferred. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills. - Willingness to travel for field visits. - Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services is an added advantage.
