Job description: Job Description Role Overview We are looking for a technical content writer with strong storytelling capability to translate complex Data, Analytics & AI solutions into clear, compelling, and client-ready content. This role goes beyond documentation—it requires crafting narratives, solution stories, and high-impact assets that enable sales, marketing, and leadership communication. A proven portfolio is mandatory, demonstrating the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging content formats. ͏ Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Storytelling and Content Creation Develop solution narratives, POVs, and thought leadership content for Data, Analytics and AI offerings. Translate technical concepts such as AI/ML, data platforms, and analytics into business-friendly, executive-level messaging. Create presentations, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and campaign assets. 2. Sales and Marketing Enablement Build client-facing decks, capability packs, and pursuit content. Partner with stakeholders to create differentiated messaging and positioning. Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging. 3. Technical Documentation Create solution overviews, use cases, and architecture narratives. Ensure accuracy, structure, and alignment with technical inputs. Follow best practices in content structuring. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Work with practice leaders, SMEs, designers, and marketing teams. Convert inputs from discussions and workshops into cohesive content. Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. 5. Content Governance and Quality Maintain high editorial standards and consistency. Manage reusable templates and assets. Drive best practices in content lifecycle and reuse. ͏ Required Skills and Qualifications Core Skills Strong technical writing and storytelling ability. Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear narratives. Excellent presentation skills with a PPT-first mindset. High attention to detail and editorial quality. Technical Exposure Working knowledge of data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Fabric. Understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, and analytics. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. Awareness of solution architecture and enterprise technology landscapes. Tools and Ways of Working Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools. Familiarity with content management and versioning. Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams. Experience Requirements 5–8 years in technical writing, content, or storytelling roles. Experience creating client-facing or leadership content. Exposure to technology consulting, IT services, or product environments. Mandatory Requirement A proven portfolio including presentations, thought leadership content, whitepapers, case studies, or solution narratives demonstrating clarity, storytelling, and technical depth. What We’re Looking For A storyteller who can own narratives end-to-end. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and ambiguity. Ability to bring structure, clarity, and strong messaging to complex topics. Nice to Have Experience in Data and AI domain (preferred). Exposure to campaigns, branding, or content strategy.
