Job description

**Role** : The Deputy Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, including employee relations, engagement, attrition analysis, retention analysis, POSH/disciplinary actions, leave and attendance management, rewards and recognition, induction/orientation, and managing FTEs. Additionally, the role involves supporting end-to-end HRBP delivery, fostering strong business relationships with stakeholders, facilitating induction and assimilation of new joiners, managing employee confirmations, performance management, appraisals, grievances, and counseling. **Reports into** : Manager **Job Responsibilities** : - Manage employee relations and conduct employee engagement activities, such as RAG Analysis, SKIP meetings, and regular connect sessions to understand employee concerns and implement action plans to address them. - Perform attrition analysis and retention analysis to identify trends and implement strategies to improve employee retention. - Handle POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) cases and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. - Oversee leave and attendance management, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to policies. - Conduct Rewards & Recognition programs, Induction/Orientation sessions, and manage FTEs (Full-Time Equivalents) under their span. - Support end-to-end HRBP (HR Business Partner) delivery, fostering strong business relationships with stakeholders. - Facilitate the induction and assimilation of new joiners, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. - Manage employee confirmations, performance management, and appraisals, ensuring fair and transparent processes. - Handle employee grievances and provide counseling support to address employee concerns. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance. **Job Responsibilities** : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives. - Continuously explore and implement best practices in HR processes and employee engagement strategies. **Criteria** : - Any Graduate - Minimum 7 years of experience including 1 Year as AM/DM. - Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. **Criteria** : - Certification in HR or related field. - Experience with HR information systems or related software. **Shifts timings:** Flexible to work in shifts **Week Off :** Sat Sun **Transport :** Yes, as per Hexaware policy
