Videographer + Editor (with Motion Graphics) Location: Bangalore (Work From Office) Experience: 2- 4 years Working Days: 5 days a week Employment Type: Full-time **THE ROLE** We are looking for a young, highly skilled Videographer cum Editor who can independently shoot, edit, a nd deliver high-quality video content. The role requires strong expertise in filmmaking basics, post-production, motion graphics, and AI-assisted workflow. You must be comfortable handling a camera, gimbal, lighting, and creating content across formats including podcasts, interviews, daily explainers, product videos, and social-first content. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Video Production Filming - Shoot high-quality video content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras - Operate a gimbal for smooth cinematic shots - Set up and control lighting for interviews, podcasts, and studio shoots - Manage on-ground shoots, sound setup, and framing - Capture BTS, product videos, talking-heads, reels, and branded content Video Editing - Edit videos end-to-end using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro - Maintain fast editing turnaround for daily/weekly content - Build clean, high-quality cuts for explainer videos, interviews, product demos, ads, and reels - Color correct and color-grade footage consistently Motion Graphics Design - Create basic to mid-level motion graphics, animated titles, text treatments, lower thirds, transitions, and logo animations - Use Adobe After Effects (or equivalent tools) for motion elements - Design graphics aligned with brand tonality AI + Modern Workflow - Use AI tools for faster editing, cleanup, and visual enhancements - Stay updated with the latest AI tools for video production Podcast Interview Setup - Set up multi-camera podcast environments - Manage lighting, audio (lavalier / shotgun mic), and framing - Ensure top-quality export delivery for YouTube and social media Content Execution - Work with the creative team to storyboard and execute shoots - Deliver daily/weekly explainers, talking-head videos, and reel formats - Maintain organized project files, footage backups, and asset libraries **REQUIREMENTS** - 24 years of experience in videography and editing - Strong knowledge of DaVinci Resolve , Adobe Premiere Pro , and basic After Effects - Strong motion graphics abilities - Hands-on experience with gimbals (DJI preferred) - Deep understanding of lighting: 3-point lighting, softboxes, key/fill/rim setup - Comfortable leading shoots independently - Ability to manage high-volume content output - Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and music selection - Up-to-date with digital trends, YouTube formats, and social-first video language - Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment - Portfolio/showreel is a must **GOOD TO HAVE** - Knowledge of photography - Understanding of podcast production trends - Awareness of YouTube retention strategies - Experience with brand or agency environments - Comfortable working with talent on-camera **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** - Young, energetic, and obsessed with filmmaking - Hands-on creator who loves experimenting with camera movement, lighting, transitions - Thinks fast, edits faster, learns even faster - Comfortable with both technical and creative aspects - Eager to grow, experiment, and produce high-volume content consistently Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
