Tech GraduateExperience: 7-10 yearsWorking Hours: General shift with 24x7 availability as per business needsWeekly Schedule: 6 days/week Job Description: Circle Head - Technical Equipment & Manpower Position Overview The Circle Head is responsible for managing technical equipment operations and technical manpower across an entire state territory, ensuring optimal resource allocation, operational efficiency, and service delivery standards. This senior leadership role oversees multiple districts/regions within the state and reports to regional or national leadership. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Develop and implement state-wide technical operations strategy aligned with organizational objectives • Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for technical equipment and personnel across the state • Establish performance metrics and KPIs for technical operations and manpower utilization • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality Technical Equipment Management • Ensure optimal deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of technical equipment across all state locations • Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning processes • Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety standards • Monitor equipment performance metrics and coordinate upgrades or replacements as needed • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for technical equipment Manpower Management • Lead recruitment, training, and development of technical personnel across the state • Establish workforce planning strategies to meet operational demands • Implement performance management systems and career development programs • Ensure adequate staffing levels and skill distribution across all state locations • Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning Operations Excellence • Monitor and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met across all state operations • Coordinate with district/regional managers to optimize resource utilization • Implement standardized processes and best practices across all locations • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies • Manage escalations and resolve complex technical or operational issues Stakeholder Management • Interface with senior leadership, government bodies, and key customers as required • Collaborate with other functional heads to ensure integrated service delivery • Represent the organization in industry forums and technical committees • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and technology partners Required Qualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) • Master's degree in Engineering Management, MBA, or equivalent preferred • 12-15 years of progressive experience in technical operations management • Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles managing large teams and multi-location operations • Proven track record in managing technical equipment and skilled workforce Technical Competencies • Deep understanding of technical equipment operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management • Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements • Proficiency in resource planning and optimization methodologies • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and workforce management systems • Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives Leadership & Management Skills • Proven ability to lead and motivate large, geographically dispersed teams • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Change management and organizational development experience • Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities Personal Attributes • Results-oriented with strong accountability mindset • Adaptable to changing business requirements and market conditions • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments • Willingness to travel extensively within the state territory Key Performance Indicators • Equipment uptime and availability metrics • Service quality and customer satisfaction
