Job Description **Job Title:** Sustainability Engineer **Experience:** 3-5 Years **Location:** Halol Location] **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional with an engineering background and a strong foundation in sustainability, with a particular focus on waste management strategies, water management and reporting, greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting (Scope 1, 2 & 3), and energy utilization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sustainability frameworks and compliance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact. - Oversee water management and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards. - Conduct GHG emissions reporting, covering Scope 1, 2, and 3, and support emissions reduction initiatives. - Analyze energy utilization and recommend energy-efficient solutions. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainability projects. - Stay updated on emerging trends, frameworks, and regulatory changes related to sustainability. - Provide technical support for integrating sustainability principles into operational processes. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Any discipline). - 3-5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, with expertise in waste and water management, GHG reporting, and energy utilization. - Strong understanding of sustainability standards and frameworks. - Experience in data collection, analysis, and documentation related to sustainability performance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certifications in sustainability, waste management, energy management, or related areas are a plus. - Prior experience working with regulatory bodies or industry associations on sustainability matters.
