Events Overview - The Events team is a crucial team within the Revenue & Growth function which manages and controls all Events on the Food Delivery BU’s calendar. This includes planning for future events, executing current events and performing analysis of past events to learn from Hits/ Misses and incorporate into future events. This role offers the opportunity to do (a) work on building events which are consumer backward (elevating needs, build new use-cases) and engaging and (b) data deep-dive into consumer trends to identifying new opportunities/events and (c) manage multi-objective problems (growth/ consumer delight/ monetization) and also (d) get things done by coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The program is responsible for overall planning & execution of high quality events to drive app-traffic, move consideration to Swiggy and deliver Order-volume goals. We promise you’ll be challenged daily with better and interesting problems. . Key Responsibilities -  1. Plan, strategize, anchor and execute all marketing events for the Food BU on the platform 2. Use AI to analyse user behaviour, ordering patterns, cuisine/category trends, regional nuances and seasonality to build relevant event strategies. 3. Stakeholder Management & Cross Functional Collaboration : Solve complex cross-functional business problems - Work closely with Product, Business, Design, Category, Supply, Monetisation and Marketing teams to identify levers, evaluate trade-offs and unlock event growth. 3. Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimization : Establish clear success metrics and measurement frameworks for every initiative; identify drivers and leakages, and optimize interventions in real time. 4. Business insighting : Drive structured reporting and insighting with stakeholders & leaders, identify growth opportunities, evaluate initiative effectiveness and enable faster, data-backed decision-making.
