**About The Role** We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented finance professional to join our Business Finance team. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive financial planning, performance tracking, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong business acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. - Prepare and analyze monthly business performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards. - Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and variance analysis. - Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across business units. - Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business initiatives and investments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls. - Support management reviews with actionable recommendations based on financial performance. - Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency. - Assist in board, investor, and leadership reporting requirements. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies. **Requirements** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related roles. - Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. - Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environments is preferred. **What You'll Bring** - Strong business partnering mindset. - Ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights. - Ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Why Join LeadSquared?** Join a high-growth SaaS company where finance is a strategic partner to the business.
