We believe in empowering our teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and strategic growth across all business verticals. **Role Overview** We are seeking a highly motivated **Financial Analyst** with a strong background in **financial planning & analysis, valuation, capital budgeting, and feasibility studies**. The role involves evaluating new projects, supporting investment decisions, and enabling data-driven insights for strategic growth initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct detailed financial analysis for new projects, investments, and business proposals. - Perform **valuation studies** and prepare feasibility reports for expansion and growth opportunities. - Lead **capital budgeting activities** including ROI analysis, NPV/IRR modeling, sensitivity and scenario analysis. - Support **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)** by preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. - Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate project performance and provide decision support. - Prepare **presentations and reports** for senior management and key stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory guidelines. **Qualifications & Skills** - **Education:** CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) – mandatory. - **Experience:** Minimum **2+ years** in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or valuation roles. - Strong knowledge of **financial modeling, capital budgeting techniques, and feasibility analysis**. - Proficiency in **MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools**. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. **Why Join Us?** - Opportunity to work with one of the leading healthcare organizations in India and the GCC. - Exposure to large-scale projects, strategic investments, and high-impact decision-making. - A collaborative work environment that encourages learning and career growth.
