**About the Role** Stanza Living is looking for an HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy and operations for its F&B business vertical. The role is a blend of Talent Acquisition (TA) ownership for the segment and end-to-end HR generalist responsibilities covering the complete employee lifecycle for F&B staff (chefs, kitchen staff, stewards, F&B supervisors, mess managers, etc.) across locations. Key Responsibilities **1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)** - Own end-to-end recruitment for all F&B roles (kitchen staff, chefs, stewards, supervisors, mess/F&B managers) across assigned locations. - Partner with business/operations leaders to understand manpower requirements, staffing plans, and hiring timelines. - Source candidates through job portals, vendor/consultant networks, employee referrals, walk-ins, and local hiring drives. - Manage the interview process, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures within defined TAT (turnaround time). - Build and maintain a strong pipeline/talent pool for high-churn, high-volume F&B roles. - Manage manpower vendor relationships and contract staffing agencies where applicable. - Track recruitment metrics — time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, attrition-linked replacement hiring. **2. HR Business Partnering & Employee Lifecycle Management** - Act as the single point of contact for all HR matters for the F&B business unit. - Drive onboarding and induction for new joiners in the F&B segment. - Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution for F&B staff. - Support performance management processes — goal setting, appraisals, PIPs, and feedback cycles. - Monitor attrition trends specific to F&B (typically high-churn) and design retention strategies. - Ensure compliance with statutory/labour law requirements applicable to F&B/hospitality staff (PF, ESI, POSH, contract labour regulations, etc.). - Manage exit formalities — F&F settlement coordination, exit interviews, and attrition analysis. - Partner with operations/business heads on org structure, manpower budgeting, and workforce planning. - Drive HR policy implementation and ensure adherence at the ground level. - Support culture-building initiatives, R&R programs, and employee connect activities for F&B teams. Key Skills & Competencies - Strong hands-on experience in bulk/high-volume hiring, preferably in F&B, hospitality, facility management, or similar blue-collar/grey-collar segments. - Sound understanding of HR generalist functions — ER, compliance, performance management, engagement. - Ability to work closely with operations teams and manage stakeholders across multiple locations. - Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. - Data-driven approach with comfort in tracking recruitment and HR metrics/dashboards. - Ability to manage a high-attrition, fast-paced environment with agility. Desired Candidate Profile - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. - 2–6 years of experience in HR/TA roles, preferably with exposure to F&B, hospitality, co-living, facility management, or similar operations-heavy sectors. - Experience managing multi-location hiring and HR operations is a plus.
