We don t expect you to fit every requirement your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us. **Job description** Location: Pune / Nagpur / Chennai (Preferred), Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Office) Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Experience: 5 8 Years Education: MBA (HR / Operations) Mandatory Mandatory Requirements - Experience: should have 5 8 years in HR Operations with strong end to end employee onboarding. - Strong knowledge in New Indian Labour Laws and Compliance is mandatory. - Should have experience of managing a team of at least 3 direct reports. - Education: MBA in HR or Operations is mandatory. - Strong proficiency in: MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards), PPT, Mail Merge - Experience with any ERP- Workday (preferred) Qualifications and Skills Required - Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience in an HR Operations or HR Shared Services role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or senior specialist capacity specifically focusing on onboarding in a large-scale, multi-state or global environment in India. - Knowledge: Expert knowledge of core HR processes, HR best practices, and deep understanding of Indian statutory compliance related to hiring, employment, and employee documentation. - Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in using a major HRIS (e. g. , SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) and extensive experience managing and optimizing a high-volume ticketing system (e. g. , ServiceNow, Zendesk). Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Onboarding Leadership Management - Design and Process Ownership: Design, implement, and continuously refine the end-to-end pre-boarding and onboarding lifecycle to enhance efficiency, compliance, and new hire satisfaction. - Execution Oversight: Oversee and ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant collection, verification, and processing of all new hire documentation and statutory forms (e. g. , identity proof, education certificates). - Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive and manage high-level coordination with internal stakeholders (e. g. , IT, Payroll, Facilities, Talent Acquisition) to ensure system access, equipment setup, and workspace readiness are flawlessly executed for Day 1. - Induction Orientation: Develop, update, and personally conduct comprehensive HR-related induction and orientation programs for new hires, clearly communicating company policies, benefits, and core HR processes. - HRIS Management: Ensure absolute data integrity and timely updates of all new employee records within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). 2. Advanced HR Query and Escalation Management - Escalation Point: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, specialized, or unresolved HR-related queries from employees, managers, and external partners originating from the HR Shared Services ticketing system. - Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the HR Shared Services ticketing systems performance, focusing on key metrics like SLA adherence, ticket volume, and trend identification to proactively address systemic issues. - Knowledge Base Strategy: Lead the effort to continuously improve the HR knowledge base by developing and standardizing documentation for resolutions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and frequently asked questions (FAQs). 3. Compliance and Audit Management - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict, proactive compliance with all local Indian labor laws, particularly those related to hiring, employee documentation, and HR operations. - Audit Management: Lead and manage internal and external HR audits, including providing necessary documentation, data, and procedural explanations to ensure a successful outcome.
