As an **Assistant Sales Manager Industrial Paints**, you will be at the forefront of expanding our footprint across Rajasthans key industrial sectors. Youll play a critical role in developing business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored coating solutions that power industries forward. **Key Responsibilities** - Spearhead **sales and business development** for industrial paints across Rajasthan - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in: - Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) - Transformer Manufacturing Units - Thermal Power Plants - Machine OEM's - Bus Body Builders - Heavy Structural Fabrication Companies - Cement Industry - Fertilizer Sector - Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships - Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets - Coordinate with technical and support teams to deliver customized solutions - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs **What Were Looking For** - **Experience:** 6–7 years in industrial product sales (preferably paints/coatings or allied sectors) - **Location Expertise:** Strong network and market understanding within Rajasthan - **Age Limit:** Up to 35 years - **Mobility:** Must own a **two/four-wheeler** for local travel - **Flexibility:** Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan - **Skills:** - Excellent communication & negotiation abilities - Strong relationship-building mindset - Result-driven and self-motivated personality
