## **Key Responsibilities:** - Job Description JL5B Ops Manager - Work Experience 7 Years relevant work experience in IT ITES BPM industry - Education Bachelor s degree Postgraduate or equivalent - Skills Responsible for financial performance forecasting MIS billing invoicing profitability Contractual requirements Risk Management Compliance audits and client financial reporting - Key Responsibilities - Track Planned vs Actuals across cost revenue margin and cash flow and prevent financial leakage - Manage billing governance revenue recognition and invoicing accuracy - Track contractual commercials rate cards SL wise billing and margin performance - Support deal pricing alignment change requests CRs and scope changes - Partner with Finance and Legal teams on contract interpretations and financial impacts - Track headcount ramp up ramp down billable vs non billable mix - Produce monthly and quarterly financial dashboards for internal leadership and clients - Present financial health risks and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders - Act as the finance interface for audits reviews and governance forums - Communicating the interdependencies across multiple teams within own area drives convergence across these team to deliver on organizational goals - Proficiency with Microsoft Tools and should be good in MS excel Power point - Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies audit requirements and controls - Proactively identified process inefficiencies and drove resolution through the design and documentation of new workflows significantly enhancing overall process efficiency - Accountable for end to end MIS reporting including data compilation validation and timely dissemination to internal stakeholders to support informed decision making - Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely financial data - Team Management - Managed a small team overseeing daily workflows task allocation and adherence to quality and reporting timelines - Conducted performance reviews appraisal discussions and monthly evaluations to drive accountability and team performance - Job Description JL4B Process Lead - Work Experience 5 Years relevant work experience in IT ITES BPM industry - Education Bachelor s degree or equivalent - Skills Responsible for MIS billing invoicing Contractual requirements Risk audit support and Compliance audits - Key Responsibilities - Accountable for end to end MIS reporting billing invoicing and financial governance including data compilation validation and timely dissemination to internal stakeholders to support informed decision making - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities - Good understanding of internal and external audits with accurate and timely financial data and understanding of compliance risk frameworks to Support for audits reviews and governance forums - Produce ## **Preferred Skills:** India Banking->Consumer Banking, Mortgage, Lending Operations, Commercial Banking
