Job Description Job Summary: The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting various operational and strategic functions within the company. This role involves preparing and maintaining critical reports, updating data hierarchies, projecting weekly business metrics, and contributing to performance analysis and cross-functional updates. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights. - Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data and reports 1.operational Support: - Maintain and update operational databases and systems. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various business units. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and consistency. - 3. Performance Monitoring: - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance. - Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - recommendations based on data analysis to optimize operations. 2. Forecasting and Projections: - Develop and manage forecasting models to project future business performance. - Analyze historical data and market trends to inform projections. - Present forecasts to senior management and stakeholders. - 5. Dashboard Development and Maintenance: - Create and maintain dashboards to visualize business metrics and performance. - Ensure dashboards are updated regularly and reflect accurate data. - Work with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and data sources. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with various departments to gather information and provide analytical support. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide data-driven insights. Support initiatives and projects that require cross-functional coordination Performance Reviews and Presentations: Prepare materials for performance reviews and executive meetings. Summarize and present key performance data to stakeholders. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences. 4. Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. - Implement best practices in data management and analysis. - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
