Role Overview: In this role, you will own key client relationships, drive revenue objectives, and position JioStar as a premium destination for TV and Digital advertising. This role demands a deep understanding of India’s advertising ecosystem, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to influence market leaders across brands and agencies. What you will do: • Own and deliver revenue targets for key accounts for all sports ad solutions. • Represent JioStar in international markets as a trusted ambassador for the accounts under your portfolio. • Build and drive outreach across all international markets as a key mandate of the job • Proactively drive sales and develop new business through a variety of outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and identifying new event and partnership opportunities. • Develop a comprehensive and profound expertise in international markets, identifying specific clients and business categories that prioritize India as a primary strategic focus • Lead the sale of advanced digital and programmatic solutions, moving beyond traditional branding campaigns. • Develop a strong understanding of India’s TV & Digital advertising ecosystem, track industry innovations, and align client needs with JioStar’s solutions. • Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline with disciplined sales processes; proactively flag challenges and ensure timely resolution. • Drive revenue maximization by evangelizing JioStar as a premium advertising partner across both TV & Digital spends. • Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with CMOs, Brand Leads, and Agency Heads, serving as a thought partner to optimize campaign efficiencies. • Gain direct visibility into upcoming campaigns and align JioStar’s offerings with client marketing objectives. Skills & Attributes for success: • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to deliver revenue growth. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • 3 - 8 years of experience in sales, ad sales, or media sales preferably international business. Track record of managing large, strategic accounts and influencing senior stakeholders. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with credibility at CXO and agency leadership levels. • Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem and a strategic mindset to leverage emerging trends. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • High ownership, proactive problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure. • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work cross-functionally.
