**Role & responsibilities** 1. Responsible to handle the daily upkeep, troubleshooting, and calibration of all welding jigs, inspection fixtures, and checking gauges. 2. focuses on executing maintenance schedules on the shop floor to prevent breakdowns, minimize spare parts costs, and maintain precise part dimensions. 3. Daily Shop-Floor Maintenance & Troubleshooting 4. Execution of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance 5. Hands-on Jig Calibration & Precision 6. SAP Compliance & Data Entry 7. Floor-Level Kaizen & Continuous Improvement
