Job description

**Assistant Manager Finance /Manager (COD Receivables & Settlements)** Candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in Finance/Accounts Receivable/Reconciliation, preferably in logistics or e-commerce, with strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/Tally), advanced Excel, accounting, and stakeholder management. CA Inter (not perusing CA)/B.Com/M.Com will be preferable. 1. Manage the end-to-end Cash on Delivery (COD) receivable and settlement process. 2. Prepare and review Daily COD Received vs. Receivable reports. 3. Monitor COD outstanding receivables and ensure timely follow-up with courier partners. 4. Perform COD receivable and payable reconciliations on a daily basis. 5. Pass accounting entries for COD receivables, payables, and derecognition in the ERP. 6. Process seller deductions and maintain proper supporting documentation. 7. Monitor Courier Partner Risk Exposure and escalate overdue or unrecovered balances. 8. Perform seller ledger reconciliations and support seller account closure activities. 9. Prepare COD-related MIS reports, reconciliation reports, and management dashboards. 10. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to COD accounting. 11. Coordinate with courier partners for reconciliations and pending COD collections. 12. Collaborate with Operations, Business, Customer Success, and Technology teams to resolve COD-related issues. 13. Support internal, statutory, and audit requirements by providing reconciliations and documentation. 14. Handle ad-hoc COD reports, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in Finance/Accounts Receivable/Reconciliation, preferably in logistics or e-commerce, with strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/Tally), advanced Excel, accounting, and stakeholder management.
