Assistant Manager - Mechanical Maintenance (Cables & Wires)

Job description

**Job Responsibilities:** **Preventive Maintenance:** Establish and update preventive maintenance programs in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements and monitor their implementation1. Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate the implementation of new projects to facilitate production functions. **Equipment Management:** Oversee the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of machine facilities to ensure they are safe, operational, and cost-effective. **Team Supervision:** Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring quality and timely completion of maintenance tasks. **Inventory Management:** Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock levels and ordering as needed. **Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards1. Troubleshooting: Participate in meetings to troubleshoot factory facilities problems and review performance. **Reporting:** Produce and analyze end-of-month reports and billings. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in a cable manufacturing company. **Skills:** Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
