Job description

Role & responsibilities • Implementation of the hospitals programme for quality improvement and patient safety. • Manage the activities needed to carry out an effective programme of continuous quality improvement and patient safety. • Lead implementation of JCI & NABH standards. • Drive clinical excellence. • Establish Regular clinical audit Review. • Identify opportunities for a quality improvement Programme. • Project Management for all Quality Initiatives for the Functions / Cross Functions. Quality Process Management System • Coordinate identification & documentation of all critical quality processes. • Maintenance of documented process maps for processes and procedures in the unit. • Conduct Process / Surveillance Audits. • Ensure closure of non-conformities. • Ensure wing to wing and correct measurement standards are put in place. Medical Quality • Ensure implementation of JCI & NABH standards across the unit. Training • Facilitate quality training in the zone. • Ensure implementation of various Quality training programs.
