Assistant Manager- MEP (Design)

Job description

**Job Responsibilities** Coordinate with Consultant/Architect,Internal Resources for preparation of Site Detailed Drawing. Review Design Concept, BOQ and detailed Drawing using tools Such as autoCAD submitted by Consultant /Architect. Developing Project Scope of Work involving all Relevant Stakeholders. Ownership in scope and BOQ finalization, Maintain the Project Budget Create and maintain Project documents Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Report and escalate to management as needed. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. **Candidate Profile:** Strong working experience of Microsoft Office, Google sheets, MS Project, Autcoad Working experience in project management Project management Professional (PMP) /Six Sigma Certification Candidate would be preferable Knowledge of Oracle ERP would be advantageous Civil & Interior Designer. Coordination with MEP . **Experience:** Engineering graduate in Civil/ Architecture, with an Overall experience of 3+ Years in Warehousing/Construction related industries
