**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage daily operations of solar power plants, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. - Conduct regular performance monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to reduce downtime, increase productivity, and improve overall plant performance. - Should know Power curve analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation. **Job Requirements :** - 8-20 years of experience in the field of solar energy or related industry. - Strong understanding of renewable energy sources, particularly solar power generation systems. - Proven track record in managing large-scale solar projects from commissioning to maintenance phases.
