The role partners closely with Sales Operations Dispatch and Collections to assess monitor and mitigate customer credit risk while safeguarding portfolio quality in a fastpaced aviation environment. Responsibilities: - Supports daytoday credit risk operations with high energy ownership and a strong commercial mindset enabling sales growth through balanced riskappropriate credit decisions while protecting the company. - Performs daily credit risk analysis and underwriting for a large aviation customer base (22 K+ customers) within a fuel distribution business demonstrating a strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail across financial analysis exposure monitoring credit limits and payment performance. - Engages sensitive credit conversations and negotiations with internal/external stakeholders using exceptional stakeholder influence clear verbal communication and wellstructured written communication (including English and all concepts both written and verbal communication). - Operates effectively in a demanding fastpaced environment demonstrating accuracy under pressure adaptability and timely independent decisionmaking to balance the risk/return of individual accounts. - Conducts new customer assessments existing customer reviews limit increases payment term changes adhoc reviews and exception handling in line with credit policy showing sound judgment and policy compliance. - Identifies evaluates and mitigates credit risk by analysing customer financial payment behaviour ownership structures market and regional risks and industry dynamics applying critical thinking and commercial awareness. - Manages Risk relative to underwriting and results of assessing counterparty to determine how customer can be supported while protecting valuation of the outstanding accounts receivable - Manages daily operational credit decisions such as order release approvals fuel supply enablement and card approvals with accuracy timeliness and decisionmaking confidence. - Structures risk mitigants (e.g. - guarantees L Cs margining secured terms) to unlock commercial opportunities while managing downside risk applying problemsolving capability sound judgment and risk discipline - Performs regular and periodic portfolio reviews to proactively identify emerging risks deteriorating accounts and concentration exposures demonstrating proactive risk ownership. - Prepares clear structured and welldocumented credit notes assessment summaries and risk recommendations reflecting strong written communication skills and clarity of thought. - Collaborates closely with Sales Dispatch Customer support Credit Leadership and Collections teams demonstrating collaboration stakeholder management and a solutionoriented mindset. - Consults with senior management and credit leadership on complex highrisk cases including escalations and restructurings displaying professional maturity and confidence in handling complexity. - Analyzes complex and elevatedrisk credit requests including limit exceptions and highvalue accounts recommending revised terms or safeguards with analytical rigor and balanced risk judgment. - Supports legal bankruptcy and insolvency cases through coordination with internal legal teams external counsel and collections partners showing resilience and structured problemsolving ability. - Contributes to bad debt management and quarterly reserve analysis with financial discipline and accountability. - Builds strong working relationships through professionalism openness and collaboration valuing feedback and continuous learning. - Brings genuine passion for credit risk management and aviation business dynamics with curiosity and motivation to continuously build expertise and take initiative within the role. **Qualifications** Bachelors - Accounting, Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Finance **Certifications** Accounts Payable Certification - F-TecF-Tec, Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) - SkillabSkillab, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt SzolnokPerfekt Szolnok, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) - Instituto Nacional de AprendizajeInstitut
