You’ll translate client objectives into campaigns, actively manage Meta Ads spends, and deliver on performance metrics. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, offering clear growth into leadership as you scale both budgets and outcomes. **What You’ll Own** - Run end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns: setup, optimization, reporting, and scaling - Manage monthly spends across multiple brands with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and revenue impact - Partner with clients to understand goals and translate them into actionable performance strategies - Analyze data, optimize creatives and targeting, and scale what works - Work closely with associates to ensure campaign hygiene and execution quality - Share insights and performance updates with both clients and Marketing Leads **Who You Are** - 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a digital agency - Active hands-on expertise with Meta Ads (currently managing live spends) - Exposure to eCommerce and D2C funnels preferred - Strong analytical skills with comfort in dashboards, reporting, and funnel metrics - Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously - Growth mindset, with aspirations to take on larger budgets and team leadership **Why GoKwik** At GoKwik, we’re not replacing existing growth setups—we’re enabling them.
