Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and testing facilities, our integrated plant ensures precision manufacturing and rigorous quality control for every pump produced.* **Job Summary** *We are seeking a highly experienced, results driven planning lead with 12-15 years in production planning for pump manufacturing. Expertise in Make to order/Project order production planning process and ERP systems. This role requires strong collaboration across the organization* *Manage and drive production & planning team, align demand and resources to ensure the business targets and safety standards are met.* **Responsibilities** - Derive Daily, Weekly and Monthly production plans based on orders and ensure the successful execution of production plan. - Working collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing teams to achieve the revenue plan. - Customer focused approach with strong sense of on time delivery. - Analyze operations workload, capacity, identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks which impact On-Time Delivery. - Monitor production plan vs actual, identify the gaps, derive corrective and preventive actions. - Track and control inventory. - Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and delivery performance. **Basic Qualification** - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience. **Key Competencies** - Strong knowledge of production planning and material planning. - Expertise in planning and execution of project orders. - Hands on experience in SAP PP & MM module. - Strong knowledge in MS Excel and data analysis skills are mandatory. **What We Offer** - We are all owners of the company!
