Job description

**Position Title** :- Assistant Manager Asset maintenance / Plant & machinery. **Location** : Raheja Jade city Juinagar. **Direct Reporting to** :- Mr. Manish Kothari [Vice President-Projects] **Dotted line reporting to** :- Mr.Vimal Kumar VM (AGM-Asset maintenance-HO) Experienced Plant & Machinery Engineer to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of construction Equipments used with high rise building projects. The candidate with sound technical knowledge on vertical Equipments like Luffing tower cranes, hammerhead tower cranes, Passenger material hoists and concreting Equipments is preferred. The role demands vendor management, strong project handling capabilities, with a focus on operational efficiency, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety standards related to construction Equipments. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Oversee Installation, Repairs & preventive maintenance of Tower cranes, Concreting Equipments, Man material hoists, Batching plants etc. - Root cause analysis & implementing reliability engineering to eliminate recurrence of glitches in machinery. - Familiarity with construction project timelines, budget management, and operational logistics. - Ensure to do installation, climbing actions / working height extension, dismantling of Equipments in a time bound & safely manner. - Manage the maintenance & Repairs of Hydraulic Equipment / systems used at construction site. Especially hydraulic systems in self-climbing form works used in high rise building construction. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to construction machinery and equipment. Monitor the safe operation of machinery on construction sites and take corrective action when necessary to prevent accidents. - Prepare budgetary estimations on spares requirement & operational expenses. - Coordinate with cross functional team members in the organization to ensure the smooth functioning of plant machineries. - Coordinate with project team to ensure the availability of Equipment as per construction schedules. - Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedules & ensure timely maintenance as per schedule. - Ensure the optimal performance of plant and machinery through regular inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. - Coordinate with OEMs, service providers, and spare suppliers. Monitor AMC/CMC contracts, warranty services, and outsourced jobs. - Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and avoid delays in project timelines. - Maintain documentation related to maintenances. Ensure to maintain logbooks,equipment history, and service records, MIS reports etc. - Knowledge of SAP **DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFIE** - B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) holder with 8 -10 yrs of experience. - Candidate with experience in high rise building construction is preferred. - In-depth knowledge on plant and machinery, including construction equipment, cranes, Man Material hoists, Concrete placer booms, Stationary concrete pumps and material handling machineries. - Familiarity with construction project timelines and operational logistics
