**Responsibilities** - Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced project management software. Ensure all project milestones are realistic, achievable, and aligned with business goals. - Resource Allocation and Budget Control: Lead the budgeting process, track expenditures, forecast financial needs, and optimize resource utilization to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality or deadlines. - Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Establish contingency plans and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. - Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, procurement, construction teams, and external contractors. Facilitate transparent communication and collaboration to resolve issues promptly. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and project control metrics. Provide regular progress updates, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders. - Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality teams to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and company expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution. - Contract Management Support: Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements related to project execution. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and manage change orders effectively. - Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Support audits and inspections as needed. - Technology Integration: Promote the adoption of cutting-edge project management tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making. **Qualifications** 8-15 years of demonstrated success in project management and control within the thermal power industry, managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
