Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 36947 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - BENGALURU - BIRLASOFT OFFICE # **Title:** **Assistant Manager-Pre Sales** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** **Role: Graphic Designer (Large Deals Presales)** **Job Description:** - Work closely with Large Deals / Global Presales team to enhance and beautify the proposals, presentations, videos demonstrating appealing visual design using relevant tools/suits. - Develop a design theme in discussion with deal team and prepare required strawman for the same as proposal deliverables. - Ensure that designs meet organizational branding standards, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately. - Work independently as well as in collaboration with deal team to meet deadlines and expectations. - Update and maintain internal knowledge repositories for designs, icons, photos, standard reusable slides, templates, infographics and videos. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proven 10+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in IT companies. - A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates aesthetic and professional presentations. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools, MS Power Point, MS Word. - Strong creativity and design skills; Good at creative ideation and conceptualization. - Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities to work independently in a fast-paced environment. **Education Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. **Job Location:** Noida / Pune / Bangalore
