Learn more about Assurance **Key skills required:** - Graduation in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with post-graduation from NICMAR / RICS and 4–6 years’ experience in quantity surveying roles for real estate projects. - Support quantity verification, measurement reconciliation, and BOQ alignment with executed works. - Assist in review of RA bills, certifications, and billing support documents. - Support monitoring of project costs, variations, and budget consumption. - Coordinate with site, billing, and project teams for timely reporting and issue resolution.
