**Role Overview** The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing multiple research and advisory engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, client-ready outputs. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and research capabilities to support strategic decision-making for internal and external clients. **Key Responsibilities** **Project & Client Management** - Manage multiple research projects from scoping through execution and delivery. - Develop project plans, manage timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management. - Gather client requirements, address feedback, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and value-added support. **Research & Analysis** - Lead and execute business, market, industry, company, and financial research assignments. - Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations. - Develop reports, presentations, market assessments, benchmarking studies, and strategic intelligence outputs. **Quality & Delivery Excellence** - Review project deliverables for accuracy, relevance, completeness, and overall quality. - Ensure all outputs are client-ready, insight-driven, and aligned with project objectives. - Identify project risks, challenges, and escalation requirements proactively. **Team Collaboration & Knowledge Development** - Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across practices. - Support knowledge management initiatives and contribute to thought leadership development. - Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on research methodologies and deliverable quality. **Technology & Data Utilization** - Leverage research platforms, databases, analytics tools, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and insights generation. - Utilize data visualization and storytelling techniques to present complex findings in a clear and compelling manner. **Qualifications & Experience** - Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, English Literature, Mass Communication, or a related discipline from a reputed institution. - 46 years of experience in research, consulting, business intelligence, market intelligence, or analytics roles. - Prior experience with research and consulting firms, advisory organizations, knowledge services teams, or corporate strategy functions preferred. - Demonstrated experience managing client-facing engagements and multiple concurrent projects.
