The candidate will need to perform: Analysis of forecast, capacity, hiring needs, bench and suggest corrective measures to the team Handling various dashboard/reports (Weekly/Monthly)- forecast, demand pipeline, hiring etc. Drive resource management process standardization across service lines Manage a team of 4 to 5 team members across level SME on tools and reports to be able to address any queries from team and delivery LT (leadership team) Motivate team to log innovation ideas and help/guide them to closure RM team brand building via innovative ideas Effectively manage stakeholders The candidate will also be responsible for: Supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround times and ad-hoc requests Variance analysis and methods to keep variance in check Bench Management Conducting periodic trainings; preparing/reviewing/updating the knowledge base/training material/ Process documents Ability to understand current process and suggest \& lead process improvement Mandatory Skills Sound Resource Management knowledge Good understanding of technology and skills to be able to discuss on same page as delivery team. Has experience with at least one end to end process improvement implementation. Team Management experience High level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Ability to understand and identify key issues from both summary and detailed data. The candidate is expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills The candidate is expected to have strong stakeholder management skills The candidate is expected to have reasonable awareness of IT tools \& applications or WFM tools (IEX, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect eWFM etc) Preferred Skills MS Project MS Visio MS Access PowerBI VBA Macro Qualification Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university - BBM/BCA/BCom/BA/BSc/BE A Post Graduate diploma/degree from an accredited college/university - MBA/MCom Experience 8 years of relevant experience in resource management/workforce management Experience Level Mid Level
