Key Responsibilities: Risk & Control Framework • Support Partner Quality & Risk in developing and enhancing risk and control frameworks across engagements • Identify potential risks across projects, including bidding risks, and ensure mitigation plans are implemented • Track and monitor risk indicators across key practices Quality Assurance • Review engagement documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures • Continuously monitor adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements • Highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions SOPs & Training • Draft, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Develop training material, guidance notes and templates • Conduct joint risk awareness and quality sessions for project teams Stakeholder Engagement • Collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders to improve delivery quality • Track and report risk concerns to leadership • Support teams in resolving quality and compliance issues Required Skills & Qualifications: • 4+ years of relevant experience in Risk & Control Reviews / Risk Advisory • Hands-on experience in drafting SOPs and process documentation • Experience working with a large auditing / consulting firm • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Key Competencies • Risk awareness and attention to detail • Stakeholder management • Problem solving and analytical thinking • Documentation and process orientation
