Key Responsibilities - Support the implementation and execution of regional Safety, Quality, and Pharma Quality programs within defined timelines and budgets. - Assist in conducting audits, inspections, site assessments, and risk evaluations across warehouses and logistics facilities. - Coordinate safety communication initiatives, 5S implementation, incident reporting, and corrective action follow-ups. - Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, presentations, SOPs, and records in accordance with NX policies and ISO standards. - Support regional Pharma Quality coordination, KPI monitoring, compliance tracking, and continuous improvement projects while collaborating with country teams and Global Headquarters. - Monitor assigned activities to ensure timely completion and proactively escalate issues whenever required. - Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, warehouses, country offices, and external vendors. - Travel to domestic and international locations, including warehouses and remote operational sites, as required. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification (Safety Management, Quality, Pharmacy, or related discipline preferred). - 4-7 years of relevant experience in Safety, Quality, Pharma Quality, or Logistics Operations. - Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or related management systems will be an added advantage. - Valid Passport is mandatory. Technical Competencies - Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and their practical implementation. - Understanding of Pharmaceutical GDP/GDSP guidelines and pharmaceutical warehousing requirements. - Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, hazard identification, and risk control measures. - Familiarity with incident investigation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Knowledge of 5S methodology and workplace organization practices. - Good understanding of warehouse operations, material handling, and workplace safety practices. Functional Skills - Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance assessments. - Documentation management, SOP preparation, record maintenance, and compliance reporting. - Strong report writing and documentation skills with attention to detail. - Ability to prepare professional presentations and management reports. - KPI monitoring, data compilation, analysis, and reporting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
