Assistant Manager - Sourcing & Purchase

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Source electronic components such as PCBs, ICs, semiconductors, connectors, passive components, etc. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for electronics materials. - Float RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms. - Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure compliance with company policies. - Coordinate with engineering, production, and planning teams to understand material requirements. - Ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues. - Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock. - Maintain vendor database, pricing records, and purchase documentation. - Track market trends, component availability, and price fluctuations. - Ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications. **Preferred candidate profile** - Cost savings achieved - Supplier performance & on-time delivery - Inventory turnover - PO accuracy and compliance
