With a strong focus on sustainability and long-term value creation, Birlasoft transforms enterprises and communities, earning its reputation as a trusted partner and one of the best places to work. **Role:** Talent Acquisition **Location:** Noida **Educational Qualification:** Graduation required **Experience :** 4-8 Years **Role Objective** Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment delivery for Birlasoft (BSL) demands, ensuring timely closures, quality hiring, and compliance with defined hiring processes and audit controls. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned JRs: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding. - Source candidates through multiple channels (vendors, portals, referrals, LinkedIn, direct sourcing). - Screen profiles against JD, skill requirements, grade, location, and budget alignment. - Coordinate L1/L2 interviews in SuccessFactors and ensure timely feedback closure. - Ensure adherence to interview governance (assessor eligibility, duplicate prevention, mandatory feedback). - Drive offer rollout, approvals, and documentation as per BSL approval matrix. - Coordinate BGV initiation, candidate documentation, and pre‑joining activities. - Work closely with business stakeholders, TSC Leads, vendors, and onboarding teams. - Maintain accurate data updates in ATS (SuccessFactors) and ensure audit readiness. - Track ageing, closures, and pipeline health for assigned demands. **Key Skills & Competencies** - Strong understanding of IT skills hiring and niche/volume fulfillment. - Experience with ATS (SuccessFactors preferred). - Stakeholder and vendor management skills. - Data accuracy, process orientation, and compliance mindset. - Good communication, follow‑ups, and closure ownership. **Experience & Qualification** - 2–6 years of IT recruitment experience (internal or RPO/external hiring). - Experience handling BSL/Birlasoft or similar large IT services organizations preferred. - Graduation required; MBA (HR) preferred.
