Experience (In Years) 3+ experience Years with Nexthink and User Performance monitoring Technical Skills • Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools. • Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft tools. • Understanding of network infrastructure and its impact on desktop performance. • Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies. Other Critical requirements Proven Functional experience in resolving a break fix scenario. Software distribution Experience with scripting languages
