Position Assistant Manager Treasury Number of positions 1 Work Location Mumbai Department – Treasury Min. Work Experience Required **–** 2 to 3 years **Mandatory requirements -** **Experience in treasury for NBFCs must.** **The candidate should be CA and has worked with NBFC.** Handling Treasury Operations - 1) Timely MIS reporting to Lenders 2) Monitoring Financial and Non-Financial Covenants 3) Timely Deposit of Payout and TDS to the government 4) Preparing Data pack for initiating the negotiation with lenders 5) Previous Work Experience - Treasury with any NBFC 6) Liaise with accounts department for accounting of treasury related works. 7) Liaise with rating agency for timely surveillance and periodic reporting 8) Ability to liaise with internal and external auditors for treasury related financial reporting. 9) Maintaining the master file of receivables tagging and update on monthly basis. 10) Working with Independent auditors for obtaining the various certificates such as receivables , networth etc Additional Requirement - Understanding of Term Loan, Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Non-Convertible debentures (NCD).
