**Job Title** Assistant Manager - Valuation and Advisory Services **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **Job Summary** - Prepare valuation of complex commercial real estate assets. - Analyze rent rolls and lease terms for commercial properties. - Independently conduct financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV). - Perform site visits and research comparable properties. - Manage client interactions and ensure expectations are met. - Draft valuation reports and presentations with clear assumptions and methodologies **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Experience: 2-4 years post-education in valuation, financial modeling, and market research. - Education: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance). - Strong financial understanding and analytical skills. - Advanced **Excel** knowledge and financial modeling expertise. - Excellent **report writing** and **PowerPoint presentation** skills. - Good communication, presentable personality, and team player. **Preferred** - Exposure to Argus, Power BI/Tableau, and GIS tools. - Certifications like RICS or CSA/RV.
