****Job Title:** Associate Product Designer** **Function:** Digital Experience / Product Design **Business:** Aditya Birla Capital – Digital Platforms (One ABC App) ****Role Summary**** The Associate Product Designer will support the design and delivery of **intuitive, consistent, and differentiated digital experiences** across the One ABC mobile and web platforms. The role focuses on UI/UX architecture, continuous design improvement, and lifecycle management of product experiences aligned with Aditya Birla Capital’s brand and customer expectations. ****Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Accountabilities**** ****KRA 1: Brand Design & UI/UX Architecture Management**** - Support the management of brand-led design systems and UI/UX architecture for the One ABC digital platform. - Ensure a uniform visual and interaction identity across business groups and digital touchpoints. - Apply design standards, component libraries, and style guides consistently. ****KRA 2: Continuous Design Improvement**** - Participate in continuous improvement of app and web experiences using usability testing, analytics, and user feedback. - Translate insights into actionable design enhancements. - Contribute to delivering a best?in?class user experience on the One ABC App. ****KRA 3: Differentiated Product Design**** - Assist in creating sharply differentiated product designs and experiences aligned with user needs and business goals. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to drive market relevance and consumer adoption. - Prototype, iterate, and refine experiences across the product journey. ****KRA 4: Design Lifecycle Management**** - Support lifecycle management of key design elements and experiences, from concept to launch and optimization. - Integrate customer insights, business inputs, and market trends into ongoing design evolution. - Enable higher repeat visits, engagement, and loyalty through thoughtful experience design. ****Key Skills & Competencies**** - UI/UX design fundamentals (mobile & web) - User?centered design and design thinking - Wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) - Understanding of design systems and brand consistency - Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills - Analytical mindset with attention to detail ****Experience & Qualifications**** - 1–3 years of experience in digital product design or UI/UX design - Experience designing consumer?facing apps or platforms preferred - Relevant qualification in design, visual communication, HCI, or equivalent
