Job description

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** **•** GRN completion within 24 hours • Inventory accuracy % • WIP ageing control • FIFO compliance • Pending transaction ageing • Stores audit score • Line stoppage due to material shortage • Dispatch readiness adherence • Housekeeping & safety compliance **Key Responsibilities** **•** Ensure timely and accurate completion of all ERP transactions: - GRN - Material issue - Stock transfer - Dispatch transactions **• Maintain inventory accuracy through:** - FIFO adherence - Cycle count - Physical stock verification - Reconciliation • Control Raw Material, WIP, FG, and indirect inventory to avoid shortages, ageing, and excess stock. • Ensure proper material identification, traceability, storage discipline, and housekeeping in stores areas. • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Finance for smooth material flow and dispatch readiness. • Monitor inward material receipt, inspection coordination, and storage compliance. • Control job-work inventory movement and vendor reconciliation. • Lead and supervise stores manpower and contractual workforce for disciplined execution. • Ensure compliance to: - Safety - 5S - FIFO - IATF requirements - ERP transaction discipline • Drive continuous improvement in: - Inventory control - Transaction accuracy - Material flow - Stores efficiency 5. Skill sets required (What are the skills required to do the job): • Hands-on ERP transaction experience (Oracle preferred) • Strong knowledge of inventory management and stores operations • Understanding of FIFO, WIP control, and material traceability • Strong ownership and follow-up capability • Ability to manage shopfloor stores operations and manpower • Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
