**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. - Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintained. - Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage through effective loss prevention measures. - Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics) for efficient stock replenishment and store setup. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail operations. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 2-6 years of experience in a similar role within the textile & apparel industry. - Strong knowledge of store management principles, including inventory control systems. - Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer service. - Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in store performance.
