**Job Summary** We are seeking a proactive and analytical **Supply Chain Representative** to manage end-to-end supply planning and coordination with contract manufacturers, vendors, procurement, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for demand forecasting, production scheduling with contract manufacturers, inventory management, raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) allocation, procurement coordination, and warehouse collaboration to ensure uninterrupted product availability while optimizing inventory and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** **Demand Forecasting** - Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business inputs. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align demand plans with business objectives. - Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend improvements to planning processes. **Production Scheduling with Contract Manufacturers** - Develop and communicate production schedules with contract manufacturing partners based on demand forecasts and inventory requirements. - Coordinate production plans to ensure timely manufacturing and product availability. - Monitor contract manufacturers' production capacity, material availability, and schedule adherence. - Track production progress and proactively resolve delays, capacity constraints, and supply risks. - Balance production across multiple contract manufacturers based on capacity, lead time, quality, and cost considerations. - Ensure timely completion of production orders and adherence to agreed service levels. **Inventory Management** - Monitor finished goods, raw materials (RM), and packaging materials (PM) inventory levels. - Maintain optimal inventory to achieve target service levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock. - Analyze inventory health, aging, slow-moving inventory, and replenishment requirements. - Drive inventory optimization initiatives across the supply chain. **Allocation to Vendors (RM & PM)** - Plan and allocate Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) to contract manufacturers based on approved production plans. - Coordinate material dispatches to ensure timely availability at manufacturing locations. - Monitor material consumption, reconcile inventories, and prevent shortages or excess allocation. - Collaborate with Procurement and vendors to maintain uninterrupted material supply. **Procurement Coordination** - Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely purchase and delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, and other critical inputs. - Track purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and material availability against production schedules. - Resolve procurement-related issues impacting production through close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Support supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. **Warehouse Coordination** - Coordinate with warehouse teams for receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. - Ensure timely movement of materials between warehouses and contract manufacturing locations. - Monitor inventory reconciliation and support cycle counts and stock audits. - Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment and efficient inventory flow. **Supply Chain Analysis & Reporting** - Analyse key supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, production adherence, supplier performance, and service levels. - Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. - Identify supply chain risks and recommend corrective actions to improve operational efficiency. - Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Demand Forecasting - Production Planning & Scheduling with Contract Manufacturers - Inventory Management - Raw Material (RM) & Packaging Material (PM) Planning and Allocation - Vendor Coordination & Capacity Planning - Procurement Coordination - Warehouse & Logistics Coordination - Supply Chain Planning & Operations - Advanced Microsoft Excel - Power BI/Tableau (Preferred) - Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Cross-functional Collaboration **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Forecast Accuracy - Production Schedule Adherence - Contract Manufacturer On-Time Delivery - Inventory Turnover - Raw Material & Packaging Material Availability - Procurement Lead Time - Warehouse Inventory Accuracy - Order Fulfillment Rate - Vendor Performance - Supply Chain Cost Optimization - Service Level (OTIF On Time In Full)
