**Job Title: Assistant Vice President – ATCI Data and AI Tribe Lead** **About Business Line/Function** **ARVAL TECH CENTER INDIA** ATCI serves as Arval’s dedicated IT hub, closely collaborating with the onshore Arval IT teams to implement global technology strategy. It plays a key role in delivering IT solutions across countries while driving execution from India. The center strengthens Arval’s digital transformation by aligning its capabilities with international IT needs. **ARVAL Service Lease** Arval is car renting company with Services, for professional entities and more recently, opened to retail market. Serving 30 countries with the goal of being the best in class both for customer satisfaction and innovation (Partnership, new technologies, etc.) Arval IT is the IT department of the company. “Data & AI” Tribe oversees developing and maintaining all the IT assets in relationship with Data activity from the company. The organization of the “Data & AI” Tribe is composed by 10 Squads, Business oriented, dispatch in 5 Domains: **Position Purpose** The ATCI Data & AI Tribe Lead is the architect of the Agile squad. Candidate oversees the animation and the constant improvement of the Agile practices within the squad. Candidate is accountable for the ceremonies activities and to remove the squad impediments. Take leadership part of the recruitment phase and in collaboration with onshore tribe leader & representative and Head of Hub, define and implement its sourcing strategy in India As “ATCI Data & AI Tribe Lead” \\*, you will be part of a) the Data & AI CoE internal leadership team, and b) Arval Tech Centre India (ATCI) Leadership team. In this context, you will be the Arval Tech Centre point of contact of Data & AI CoE in India with the ambition to identify and manage the best staffing to support the CoE activities. To do this, in collaboration with ATCI management office, you will actively collaborate with the tribe Managers. You will use your motivation in the management and your ability to collaborate to ensure that all Data & AI tribe members get the required means and skills to achieve the objectives of the team and follow the internal processes. You will also infuse the team spirit, make people grow and develop their skills. You will adjust the setup of the resources, to fit with the Arval challenges, be in conformity with ISPL guidelines and ATCI governance, and actively participate in making tribe practices being more innovative, efficient and compliant with internal expectations of quality level. **Responsibilities** Direct Responsibilities - Staffing - Collect the Data & AI sourcing needs - Build and maintain the sourcing plan / roadmap - Manage resources recruitment, training / upskilling, performance reviews, resignation - Lead the qualification of candidates and their interview - Manage the On-boarding & the Off-boarding of people - Drive all required logistic to ensure that the Tribe members have the required means to work - Provide a clear vision of the organisation to the new commers so that they understand the context in which they work - Organise the required knowledge transfer for the Tribe members - Alert on any sourcing event impacting the Tribe activity - Identify suitable options to solve difficulties encountered with the local staffing Internal People Management - Arval Tech Center India point of contact for the Tribe members (manage the leaves (holidays, sickness), the home working, etc.) - Define people objectives and perform evaluation in line with the Head of Data & AI CoE. - Maintain the skill-matrix - Identify potential skills upgrade required and allocate suitable training session to the people - Make the link with ISPL HR department Vendors Management - Manage the relation with the external suppliers - Ensure that the invoices received are in line with the expectations - Identify potential lack of skills and organise suitable upgrade with the supplier Transversal activities - Assist the Head of Data & AI CoE in the implementation of the internal organisation - Ensure a proper update of the internal tools to follow people activities and presence - Ensure that the Tribe members know and understand Data & AI practices - Share a regular status of the staffing - Contribute to the improvement of the CoE processes and KPIs - Ensure that the Tribe members apply Data & AI CoE professional practices Contributing Responsibilities - Assist the Head of ATCI in the annual appraisal & CRP exercise for Data & AI Tribe members - Assist the Head of ATCI in preparing, following up and adjusting the budget relevant to Data & AI - Accompany the Head of ATCI in the discussions & ad-hoc committees with partners for Data & AI - Take part in other transversal ATCI activities, animation and events - Oversee preparing and conducting any committees onshore. Define & maintain necessary KPIs - Ensure culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Tribe - Ensure collaboration & interaction with other Tribes of ATCI **Transversal Activities** - Actively contribute to and lead key technical initiatives within the Data & AI Tribe, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives - Provide cross-functional leadership and coordinate with multiple domains of expertise, based on strategic priorities defined by the Head of Arval Tech Centre India - Lead and oversee Data Engineering and Integration teams, driving end-to-end delivery of ETL solutions across data platforms such as DataStage, ODI, and OAS, ensuring scalability and performance of data pipelines - Play a strategic role in Cloud transformation initiatives at ATCI, ensuring alignment with the broader ARVAL IT vision and roadmap - Drive and support enterprise-level data management strategies, contributing to the growth and maturity of the Data & AI Tribe (CoE) - Upon request, participate to other cross-organizat
