This role is central to aligning marketing and sales to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth through targeted campaigns, and to leading the structure and execution of Genpact’s executive relationship programme across 155 strategic accounts. You will own the end-to-end programme management of ABM, evolving Genpact’s approach from campaign-led execution to **AI-enabled account orchestration**. You will lead the application of **AI and emerging agentic workflows** to scale personalised engagement—transforming how we identify buying groups, generate content, and activate multi-channel journeys. This role is a key enabler of Genpact’s ambition to become a global leader in agentic and advanced technology solutions, helping position our capabilities in front of the most strategic clients.
